In order to reach a destination, you must understand where you want to end up. You will work with your PPCaDI coach to formulate goals that take into consideration your strengths and potentially stretch you out of your comfort zone so you can grow.

During your 1 on 1 video coaching sessions you will work with your PPCaDI coach to hit your goals and learn to harness your strengths in a powerful way. Your PPCaDI coaching will utilize the latest evidence-based positive psychology and diversity and inclusion methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Resources and practice

Implement

It’s important to not only get coaching but to implement what you are learning in your coaching sessions. That’s why your PPCaDI coach will continuously provide resources and practice assignments for you to do outside of the coaching sessions to build on your growing knowledge.
