Becoming a Positively Diverse Leader (PDL) Coach Training

The Becoming a Positively Diverse Leader (PDL) Coach Training is a comprehensive, ICF-accredited certification program that equips coaches to guide leaders in building inclusive, strengths-based organizations. Using PPCaDI’s research-based Positively Diverse Leadership™ methodology, participants develop the skills to coach with confidence, empathy, and impact.

This high-touch training goes beyond traditional coach education. Coaches learn to integrate positive psychology and DEI principles into their practice, helping leaders navigate complexity, foster authentic relationships, and cultivate cultures of belonging and psychological safety. Whether you’re beginning your coaching journey through the Positively Diverse Leadership Associate Coach (Level 1) pathway or advancing your mastery in the Positively Diverse Leadership Professional Coach (Level 2) pathway, this program provides the structure, rigor, and community to help you thrive.

Through live virtual training, interactive learning labs, mentor and peer coaching, and reflective practice, you’ll graduate ready to empower leaders, transform organizations, and contribute to a more inclusive world.

DEI Coaching Program

The PPCaDI DEI Coaching Program is a curriculum-based coaching program specifically designed to educate and assist leaders through their journey of DEI development. Utilizing our Positively Diverse Leadership methodology, we lead leaders through a series of learning and coaching opportunities to help them develop their knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion and ways to implement their learning in their organizations.

Becoming A Positively Diverse Leader Course

The Becoming a Positively Diverse Leadership (PDL) Course is a high-touch training program that utilizes PPCaDI’s strengths-based coaching model to transform leaders’ ability to relate and communicate effectively, fostering inclusivity within their organizations. Rooted in the research-based Positively Diverse Leadership ™ (PDL) methodology, leaders learn to emphasize their strengths when addressing topics of leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This not only enhances their leadership skills but also contributes to employee and organizational fulfillment, cultivating cultures that prioritize positive leadership, psychological safety, and belonging.

Leadership Program

The PPCaDI Leadership Development Program is a curriculum-based coaching program specifically designed to provide leadership development to enhance a leader’s career path. Utilizing our Positively Diverse Leadership (PDL) methodology, we guide leaders through a series of learning and coaching opportunities to help them develop stellar leadership skills, including but not limited to topics such as communication, relationship building, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and providing feedback. At PPCaDI, we know that true leadership cannot exist without DEI therefore, DEI is prominent throughout all of our programming.

Women In Leadership Program

PPCaDI’s Women in Leadership Program is designed to empower female leaders. Participants will learn strategies to overcome gender-related challenges, strengthen their leadership presence, and inspire confidence in their leadership abilities. By developing these skills, women leaders can take on leadership roles with greater effectiveness and drive positive change within their organizations, fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
