What Is Positively Diverse Leadership ™ (PDL)

PDL is the focus on one’s strengths to better relate to others and have conversations in a positive manner around topics of leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

PDL is PPCaDI’s proprietary strengths-based coaching model that brings about transformational change in organizations by helping leaders create cultures with greater emphasis on positive leadership, psychological safety, and belonging.

Leveraging research-based Positively Diverse Leadership ™ (PDL) methodology leaders will learn to focus on their strengths to better relate to others and communicate in a positive manner around topics of leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This is important because when leaders are able to enhance these skills it not only makes them good leaders but it also drives a greater sense of fulfillment in the lives of the employees and the organization.

We realized there are programs teaching coaching, and programs covering DEI and Positive Psychology but none that we’ve found have brought these things together. We’ve seen the incredible impact that these 3 arenas can have when enmeshed, and we’re so excited to be sharing our approach and learning with you.

The PDL will take you on a powerful journey as a leader and teach you how to utilize your strengths to become the best PDLr.

  • Recognize non-inclusive behaviors and remedy them utilizing strengths
  • Create an opportunity for dialogue even when difficult
  • Increase awareness around diversity and cultural sensitivity
